7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk passes to you upon delivery to the provided address.

8. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless the item is exempt.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Used or opened wax melts cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will be processed within 2-5 working days of receiving returned goods.

Return postage costs must be paid for by the consumer.

9. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with:

We will offer a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer law.
