Shipping

Express Delivery is available via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £4.99.

Standard Delivery is available via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £3.99.

Free delivery is available on all orders over £40.

We aim to ship all orders within one working day.

If you order Monday to Thursday before 2pm, your order will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day.

Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be shipped first thing Monday morning.

How to use your Ellie's Melt

Follow these simple steps to get the most effective use out of our products.

Choose your scent.

Light your tealight, choose your scent and snap off a chunk.

Pop into your warmer.

Pop your wax into your warmer, allow it melt and wait for the magic to happen.

Enjoy.

Once melted, you can enjoy your scent for unto 16-20 hours per chunk.

Ready to change?

Once your done with your wax you can change it two ways: using our wax melt liners OR once hardened relight your wax melt for 30 seconds before pushing the wax out gently.

Wipe and Reset.

Wipe out your warmer using tissue and choose your next fragrance.
